Your copy of the digital home inspection, along with a comprehensive sewer scope, ensures that you have all the information you need to make informed decisions about your home. It is recommended that the owner be present to answer questions and review the findings before a final report is given. If the home is unoccupied then all approvals and payments must be completed before inspection.
Cancellation Policy
Services are subject to sq. ft of home. availability of access to systems and fixtures. Does not include moving appliances, furniture, animals, drywall or changing the access if materials break or become damaged. No refunds are offered for any services rendered as it is the Owners responsibility to keep and utilize the information and examples given. No roof access or dangerous space access will be used for the safety of the occupants and inspectors. Services are offered on the basis of honesty and overall safety if in the process of the service the home, fixture or situation becomes unsafe; the inspector can cancel the service and reschedule or stop the service. All cancelations or rescheduling must happen before the appointment to guarantee a refund.
